Position Details:

Title:  Communications Coordinator (part-time; 3-4 hours/week)

Date posted: December 16— interviewing now. Training begins in January. Ideally coordinator would be on board with us at least Jan. 2019 – August 2020.

Hours/position details: Approximately 15 hours/month. This is a work-from home position. Hours are flexible but coordinator needs to be available Monday-Friday.  Laptop required.  Family-friendly schedule/support; ideal for a mom with young kids who lives in Central Texas.

Responsibilities:  Basic communications tasks ~ create and release Mail Chimp blasts; update our WP site each week (simple updates); writing/editing as needed; customer service/respond to speaking/media, RTA Facilitator, retreat and client inquiries as they come in via email; assist with marketing program execution; simple database management; minimal social media and event coord. support.  Provide administrative support as needed. Training provided.
