What is a Live Inside Out Teleclass?
As part of our Live Inside Out celebration, Renee is bringing together women from around the world each month in a "virtual living room" to explore how to live more intentionally. Each month she will explore a different theme that supports you in reconnecting with who you are, focusing on your self-care and living in the present.
The LIO classes give you a taste of what’s it’s like to be in a Personal Renewal Group—a monthly women’s self-renewal circle based on the nationally-acclaimed The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal by Renee Trudeau.
