De-stress. Restore inner peace. Nourish your body. Relax your mind.
“Self-care—the art of attuning and responding to your needs and desires—is a moment to moment process. It’s not about adding something to your to-do list; it’s about cultivating a new way of being.” – Renee Trudeau

“During a woman’s life, she has the need to retreat, replenish, renew and re-energize. Renée created a safe and sacred space at the ‘New Way of Being’ Retreat and the weekend taught me how to better cultivate—and practice—much needed self-care. This experience allowed me to stop, listen, learn and further blossom. Thank you for all you do to support women Renée!” —Carol O’Neil, Board Member, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Wellness, Lenox, MA

“Renée has the amazing ability to create a nurturing, sacred space that honors and celebrates each woman. This retreat was transformative. I now get how essential it is to take time to nurture myself. I am still using what I learned at the Self-Renewal Retreat in my daily life.” —Mary K., California

Saturday special guest teacher, Evita Cobo “Finding Your Power through Your Voice”
Jazz improvisation artist/vocalist, Sacred Jazz enthusiast and yoga teacher/retreat facilitator Evita Cobo was raised in Elberton, Georgia and now makes her home in Vermont. She began her vocal training at Bennington College where she studied with tenor Frank Baker. Her parallel career as a psychotherapist has been quite fulfilling in this journey of song where self-expression reigns. Evita has performed in numerous venues in New England during her 20 years as a professional musician, including solo performances at the prestigious Harvard Club in Boston and The Century Club in New York. Invitation, Evita’s first recording, is an intelligent and rich collection of fine songs from the American repertoire. Jazz improvisation artist Rhiannon remarks, ”Just when you think classic jazz singers are gone, there is Evita Cobo with her debut CD, Invitation. Her tone is like velvet. Her songs are unusual, rarely heard, while others are deeply familiar; all with her refreshing, mature examination of love, life and change.” www.EvitaCoboMusic.com
