Tell us about yourself:

I live in Naples, FL with my 3 amazing children. I’m a single mom to 2 boys and a girl, ages 8-12. I’m a Certified Life, Health and Wellness coach and a yoga instructor. My company is “From Divorced to Divine” and I coach/mentor divorced women in helping them rebuild and redesign their lives. I help them to feel empowered to move past their divorce and discover what their dreams, desires and passions are and what is possible for them.

Why did you become a RTA-Certified Facilitator?

I became a PRG facilitator because Renee’s message really spoke to me. I knew I would be working with a lot of single mom’s and the idea of self-love and self-care is usually a foreign concept to a single mother. They don’t have the time, the energy or the idea just never enters their mind. They are usually in survival mode. I wanted to be able to incorporate Renee’s teachings of self-renewal into my coaching because it is such an important component of moving forward past a divorce, healing and learning how to thrive as a single mom.

How has this work changed or affected you?

I, myself, am beginning to learn the process of self-renewal, self-love and the power of self-care. I look forward to launching my Personal Renewal Group to help me on my journey while supporting my coaching clients.

What are your favorite self-care activities?

Some of my favorite self-care activities include getting a manicure and or pedicure, taking time to read a good book (with no interruption from the kiddos) and I love bubble baths! I also make sure I take time to exercise as well, whether it’s running, taking a yoga class or going to the gym. I am a much happier and content mom when I have made some time for myself. It allows me to show up fully for my children and in all other areas of my life as well including my coaching business.
