Malmo, Sweden
Tell us about yourself:
I am Brazilian and moved abroad in 1999. Since 2013, I have been living in Malmo, Sweden with my husband Mario and our daughter, Isabel (11). Our older son, Daniel (19) moved to UK last fall to attend university.
The opportunity to live in many different countries and experience many cultures brought me an urge for constant transformation, compassion and love. This has shaped my passion to encourage other women to search for their best. I have had the privilege to stay at home for many year focusing on my family and raising both my children without the need to provide financially to our family. In 2008, I got my certification in Life Coaching by CTI – Coaching Training Institute and I started my own coaching practice working part-time mostly with women.
Why did you become a RTA-Certified Facilitator?
I became interested in leading Personal Renewal Groups after receiving one of Renee’s newsletters. The program resonated so much with my own dreams so I decided to go for it!
How has this work changed or affected you?
I have facilitated others women´s support groups over the years and love it. Being surround by women who are looking to live more fully and meaningfully, confirms my own sense of purpose and journey.
I believe that a supportive group allows us to be vulnerable, listen deeply to ourselves and find resources.
What are your favorite self-care activities?
My favorite self-care activity is my Morning Prayer time. This allows me to connect with God, reinforces my faith and helps me to set the tone for the day by tuning into what really matters. I also like to listen to inspiring music.
How can people contact you or learn about your groups/retreats?
