Role: The Communications Assistant supports Renee and the Renee Trudeau & Associates team with basic marketing administration work (database updates, customer service, sends out newsletters and handles web site updates using Mail Chimp, 1shoppingcart, Word Press; we are willing to train, if needed). We use the latest tools/systems and love “working smart.”
Qualifications: Our wonderful assistant is kind, professional, reliable, easy-going, customer-service driven, tech-savvy, a fast learner, efficient, flexible and supportive. She would work from home, has a computer/updated software and is:
- interested in women’s empowerment and the topics of life balance/self-care
- an extrovert and likes talking to and assisting people
- organized, detail-oriented and tech savvy (excellent at problem solving)
- able to commit to one year (April 2016-April 2017); possible opportunity for growth
- bonus* marketing, communications or PR/events experience preferred
Compensation/perks: Five hours/week; $15/ hour to start + many additional perks/benefits.
