Put on your most comfy clothing, grab a cozy blanket, a mug of tea and your journal/pen/snacks. Find a quiet, sacred space where you won’t be disturbed and sink into this self-care sanctuary. This beautiful, interactive retreat was recorded live in late December 2021. Enjoy the expertly guided experience, powerful exercises, validation, support, recommended self-care resources and delicious Yoga Nidra Session from the comfort of your home. Each registration is good for one participant.
Format:
Trust me. I have 30 years experience in creating transformational experiences. You’ll experience meditation, journaling/poetry/storytelling, quiet time alone off-line, large group sharing, nourishing time in nature, a Yoga Nidra deep relaxation session and soulful singing.
