The retreat will be held in a beautiful, cozy private space approximately 25 minutes east of Austin at the 500 acre McKinney Roughs Nature Park located on the Colorado River.  Luxurious walks + journaling by the river + wildflower immersions + healthy/nourishing/delicious food + gentle, pleasureful yoga and support/inspiration/resources for birthing “what’s next” for you!

Date: Friday, April 29th, 9:00-4:00 p.m. (you are welcome to stay and spend the afternoon hiking/swimming/exploring the grounds)

Renee Headshot 2014Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally recognized life balance coach/speaker, president of Career Strategists,  and author of the three books on balanced living including the award-winning The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life. She has certified RTA Facilitators in more than 10 countries to facilitate Personal Renewal Groups/Retreats for women based on her award-winning self-care curriculum. Renée has been creating/leading transformational events for women for 20 years and has been featured in the New York Times, Spirituality & Health and more. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and 13 year-old son. Guest Teacher, Kim Schaefer, E-RYT 500  Kim has a gift for guiding her students through the hard work and challenge of asana practice with laughter and humility. Her clear and encouraging teaching style allows even those new to yoga to feel supported and motivated. Kim has been teaching since 2006 and holds the designation of Experienced Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour training level through Yoga Alliance.  An Austin favorite,  she teaches at Yoga Yoga and Castle Hill Fitness and is also a massage therapist.


CANCELLATION POLICY: If something comes up and you can’t make it, your registration is transferrable to a friend provided you give us your guest’s name by April 28th at noon at 512-459-6700. If you can’t make it and are not able to transfer your registration, you won’t receive a refund, but you will still get to enjoy all the other retreat benefits listed above ($350+ value) plus follow-up resources. We’re sorry, but we’re a very small business and we have to adhere to this policy to cover all our up-front staffing/catering/program/marketing costs which are required to put on this event.
