Self-Renewal Retreat Sample Schedule: please note times may vary slightly depending on the Center’s wellness activities.
Note about the program flow: Renee is very conscious about creating a nourishing retreat experience that balances “being” and “doing” and may modify the program and schedule to meet the group’s mood and needs. She has been facilitating retreats for 25 years and has learned the art/science of marrying form and flow in the retreat environment!
~The retreat will include solo time for reflection, time in nature, small group and large group time, space for meditation/stillness and joyful movement and some group singing. Everything is optional and you are encouraged to tune in to what you most need.~
FRIDAY
**We highly recommend you attend the Retreat Center’s Orientation session.**
7:30-9:30 p.m. Overview and guidelines, introduction exercise, intention setting/connection/ritual, deep relaxation Yoga Nidra
SATURDAY
Breakfast on your own and quiet time, journaling or a yoga or movement class. We’ll spend as much time in nature as possible!
8:30-11:30 a.m. Meditation, program, exercises—time: solo, in nature and with group.
11:30-2:00 Lunch/free time on your own (highly recommend Yoga Dance at noon!)
2:00-5:00 p.m. Afternoon program: integration, small group sharing, often a guest presenter (includes singing circle/time in nature/movement)
5:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m. (Optional) Meet & greet/book signing with Renee and team in the café.
SUNDAY
Silent/contemplative breakfast on your own and optional hike on the trails or a yoga class.
9:00 a.m.-noon Final program, group sharing, time in nature, Renee provides resources/support for your next steps.
NOTE: Please be on time to the sessions, we usually start with a meditation.
Dining Room offers a buffet format so you can have spaciousness, flexibility and maximum time for self-care.
