Renee’s availability is very limited due to her travel schedule.
Sessions are via phone (I find we can go deeper this way as opposed to Zoom) and can be recorded.
Current rate (4/22): $499 for two sessions (two session minimum). Pay here prior to meeting. Sessions are generally on Thursdays.
Sessions include a follow-up email with resources/exercises if needed.

A seasoned career/business strategist, transformational coach, entrepreneur, life-long yogi, meditator and somatic coaching practitioner, Renee has been mentoring men/women for more than 30 years. On the faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Omega Institute, 1440 Multiversity and Esalen Institute, her movement and stress management/resiliency background includes training with Dr. Richard Carlson, Dr. Martha Beck, Dr. Joan Borysenko, Louise Hay and Dr. Claudia Welch. Renee’s yoga/meditation training includes certifications and workshops with Aryurvedic practitioners as well as Jill Miller (Yoga Tune Up), Amy Weintrab (Yoga for Depression), Sarah Powers (Insight Yoga), Shiva Rea, Seane Corn and Jurian Hughes. She is a Level I Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher through psychologist Dr. Richard Miller’s world-renowned Integrative Restoration (iRest) Institute. The author of The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life and two other self-care titles, Renee has been creating/facilitating life balance workshops/retreats for companies, organizations and teams worldwide for 25 years. Her newest creative project is Brevard, NC-based Wild Souls Nature Adventures: magical experiences to reconnect you to wilderness and yourself. Renee is originally from Austin, TX.
