5 ways I’d love to support you right now

Life & Career Coaching, Life Balance

paragliding

Because you are alive, everything is possible. Thich Nhat Hanh

My husband and I have been experiencing some communication bumps over the last week or two. We’ve been stuck in some old ways of relating and have been having a hard time seeing what’s right, what’s good and what’s possible for ourselves and each other.

Knowing how essential it is to nurture our relationship, we stepped away from our routine this weekend, lined up a sleepover for my son and booked a hotel room in downtown Austin. It’s twenty-four hours later, and we both feel relaxed, more compassionate towards one another and more hopeful about how we’ll all navigate the transitions we’re facing. Did this change of scenery and opportunity to reconnect fix everything? No, but it allowed us to access a mountaintop view of our lives and step into the space of what’s possible. “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change,” says Dr. Wayne Dyer.

Fifteen years ago I left my comfy role as a successful communications executive and dove headfirst into the field of coaching. Armed with many years of training and hands-on experience in organizational/leadership development, management and career planning–combined with a strong desire to serve others–I left a safe haven to follow my heart. Becoming a career strategist/business coach allowed me to leverage my passions and skills and focus on helping others open up to their full potential. I became a coach because I receive my greatest joy from helping people align with their truth, open up to what’s possible and step into their power.

It’s true I no longer do individual career coaching (Angela on our team handles this and is wonderful!), but the heart of my work today is still coaching. Whether it’s through a group coaching program –like my new course launching this Thursday– our facilitator training program, a retreat/workshop, or through my books or telecourses, I love to serve and provide clients the opportunity to a) learn to ask for and receive high-level support (read more about why this is life-changing), b) see things from a 30,000 foot view and c) realize how and where they’re limiting themselves personally and professionally. My coaching clients are always amazed at the leaps and bounds they are able to take simply by knowing someone is in their corner holding the highest and best for them.

Here are 5 ways I’d love to personally support you this fall:

1. Join me for Embracing the Wild Unknown: Nurturing Yourself in Midlife & Beyond, an intimate telecourse/virtual retreat for women 40+ who are asking, “What’s next?” Only $99; launching THIS THURSDAY, SEPT. 10 (already 100 women have registered–join us!)
2. Grab a spot at one of my upcoming retreats (I suggest you book now; rooms sell out months in advance).
3. Become a RTA-Certified Facilitator and empower women in your community while being part of an international women’s movement.
4. Schedule me to lead a life balance workshop/retreat for your team, organization or company.
5. Sign up for one of my self-study telecourses, pick up one of my life balance titles or tap our many *free* resources.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to me to find out how we can support you; it would be my joy and privilege to hold an oceanic space of POSSIBILITY for what’s next for you.
