Position Details:
Title: Communications Coordinator

Organization: Renee Trudeau & Associates: www.ReneeTrudeau.com, a global coaching/consulting firm focused on work-life balance and women’s empowerment. We have been mentoring/guiding professionals and interns for more than 25 years.
Hours and Commitment: Seeking someone who is flexible and who can grow with the position. 10 hours/week to start. Position is remote (Renee is based near Asheville, NC and also has a home in Austin, TX). We need at least a one-year commitment.
Intern reports to: Renee Peterson Trudeau, owner and president but will work with other marketing team members.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include assisting in marketing communications (seeking someone who knows WordPress and Mail Chimp), program coordination and customer service support. Some personal assistant duties, as needed.
Compensation: Hourly pay depending on skill set. Additionally, the coordinator may receive free career and networking coaching and support for prof. development and referrals for additional contract work with Renee’s colleagues/network. The coordinator may attend all virtual retreats at no cost (and in-person events as allowed) plus enjoy other paid professional development perks and benefits.
Requirements: Seeking a self-motivated, responsible, mature, tech-savvy, reliable professional with social media experience. Car and laptop required. We are open to hiring a VA.
