“Self-care is the art and science of attuning and responding to your needs and desires moment to moment. It’s not about adding something to your to-do list, it’s about cultivating a kinder/gentler way of being with yourself. ” Renee Trudeau
Are you in transition and asking, “What is uniquely mine to do?” Are you interested in exploring the art of self-care? Would you like expansive space to envision the summer your soul desires?
Transformational teacher/catalyst, author and master retreat facilitator Renee Trudeau has designed a deeply restorative, nature-based Summer Solstice mini self-care retreat just for women. Join Renee from 1-6 p.m. and experience how to:
Enjoy authentic connection with soulful women from age 20-80 as you embrace new ways of being and experience greater freedom and joy. Hear from past retreat attendees here.
**Ideal for women at all life stages, especially those in transition. Renee has been coaching, supporting, empowering and nurturing women through every stage of life for more than 25 years. She invites you to “Come as you are.” **
“There are many reasons I have been retreating with Renee for 15 years, but as an entrepreneur/creative, one of the biggest is the WOMEN she attracts: wow! Creative, alive, authentic, soul-centered and heart-driven; many of my closest friends, peer mentors and women I turn to for sage counsel– I met through Renee. She models sisterhood like no other!” ~ Sarah (read testimonials)
To fully share our gifts and respond to our unique calling, we need to learn to deeply resource ourselves. We must learn to cultivate sustainability for self. Join women at all life stages from throughout the southeastern US and experience deep connection, community and new friendships! We love that our retreats attract women from all life stages and many bring their sisters, daughters and grandmothers.
~ Relax into mother nature. Nourish your body & tend to your soul. Replenish your well. Learn to let go. ~
