Role: Promote/represent/evangelize for RTA (Renee Trudeau & Associates) Facilitator and Personal Renewal Group Program, a 13 year-old program which trains and certifies women to lead self-care groups/retreats for moms based on Renee Trudeau’s award-winning curriculum. We have grown this program organically and have Facilitators in more than 10 countries around the world.
Qualifications:
- passionate about and familiarity with the Personal Renewal Group program
- an extrovert and likes talking to and serving people (ideal Myers Briggs: ENFJ/ESFJ)
- organized, detail-oriented and tech/social media savvy (not afraid of problem solving)
- *bonus* marketing or PR background or experience
- available to call potential Facilitators back within 24 hours or less M-F
- may be asked to travel occasionally to Texas/US retreats, but not required
- must be able to commit to one year (Jan. 2016- Dec. 31 2016)
Hours: 3-7 hours/month; $20 hour + many additional perks/benefits and opportunities for personal/professional growth, skill-building, networking, etc. Can also attend all Texas events and national telecourses at no cost.
Ideal candidate: a current Personal Renewal Group member or Facilitator or a potential Facilitator, but we’re open! This is a great opportunity for a SAH mom with small children seeking deeply meaningful, intellectually stimulating work empowering women. Does not have to be Austin TX based.
