How Can You Better Support Yourself?
I’ve been teaching men and women the art/science of self-care–which I define as the practice of attuning to your needs and desires moment to moment–for more than 20 years. Over the decades I’ve observed that when people slow down, pause and check-in, they always know what they need to do to nourish themselves.
This week I’m exploring what I can do to better support myself and asking, “What is the one habit that keeps me from feeling more calm, present, joyful and energized?” Here’s what I discovered.
Summer 2021 is all about doing things that make me come alive. Does this appeal to you, as well? Read What Makes You Come Alive? and join me!
