(Video) How Can You Feel More Grounded?
Saturday I noticed how scattered I was feeling. I found myself jumping from one thing to the next, reaching for salty snacks and chocolate and trying to distract myself by shopping (Target actually has some nice lamps!).
That afternoon when I paused to do a self-care check-in, I noticed an old, familiar guest had come to visit: Auntie Anxiety.
So many of my clients and friends are sharing they’re struggling to find their center right now and their anxiety -while mild- feels like a constant low-grade fever. Awareness is a gift, so here is the question I’m sitting with this week as a result of my observation:
