(Video) How Can You Practice Radical Self-Care?
Over the last 25 years I’ve done a ton of mind/body training, study, research and teaching around how to help people release stress and enhance resiliency. This was motivated by my own struggle with anxiety in my 20s and 30s. Today I can say that hands down, learning the art and science of self-care has impacted me (and my clients) more than anything else I’ve done. I define self-care as “the art of attuning and responding to your needs and desires moment to moment.” Self-care is how I come home to myself. Especially during tumultuous times. This week I’m standing up for what I need and asking, “How can I practice RADICAL self-care?” Join me!
