(Video) Many Things Are True at Once
Ever find yourself feeling sad, betrayed or angry and notice these feelings beginning to eclipse your entire existence (at least for the moment)?! Being human is messy, exhausting, beautiful and at times–incredibly hard. Fortunately, we’re complex, multi-dimensional beings who have the capacity to feel extremes–joy and sadness, anger and hope–all at the same time!
