(Video) Are You Standing in Your Power?
Right before my father died of a sudden, massive heart attack at age 56, he gave me a framed passage of author Marianne Williamson’s famous words, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.”
I’ve returned to these powerful words time and again. Any time I feel myself holding back, playing small or not speaking my truth, this reminder comes flooding in.
