Last Friday at my Now What? retreat (online experience coming soon!) the universal comment from the attendees was, “Wow, I’m realizing how key it is for me to build stillness into my life. THIS is how I move below the “buzzy-ness” of my mind and the clutter of my to-do list and hear what’s really important.” Do you take time for stillness as you move through your week?
