Do You Start Your Day Intentionally?
Whew! The last week or so has been intense. I’m hearing from many friends and clients that they’re feeling untethered, emotional and having trouble finding their center. One self-care practice that has enormous benefits and is a non-negotiable for me, is starting my day intentionally. For me that looks like meditating for 20 minutes before I even get out of bed, stretching a bit, having a mug of hot water/lemon and taking a few minutes to reflect on how I want to BE at work, at home and in my interactions with others. Want more? From our favorites vault, read Five Ways to Have Your Best Day Ever and perhaps consider how you start your day. Here’s my challenge for the week:
How you start your day is how you “do” your day. In as little as 5 minutes of morning meditation/stillness you can feel the long-lasting affects! For more ideas and support on how to start your day intentionally and other favorite self-care practices, watch my session on The Power of You: Daily Self-Care Practices to Energize and Empower on the FREE Self-Care Summit (last day to watch this for free)!
