Ever step off the hamster wheel to pause and ask, “Am I focusing on what matters most?” Most of us often feel like we’re slaves to our to-do lists. Fueled by the seduction of productivity, we are constantly in motion … but are we really focusing on what makes us come alive? This week I’m stepping off the treadmill to slow down and explore where I’m in (and out) of alignment. In my house, we always say, “People first. Things second.” Join me!
