(Video) What Does Self-Care Mean to You?
I’m leading a women’s circle this spring focused on sovereignty and the art/science of self-care. Why? I’ve experienced so many gifts from my daily self-care practice over the last 20 years that it’s motivated me to want to continually support other women (and men) in learning to stand in allegiance to themselves.
When we have our own back, speak our truth and honor our personal power– everyone benefits. Self-care is not about self-improvement or self-indulgence. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, pausing, tuning in and asking, “What do I need?” moment to moment. And it’s about having the courage to give yourself what you most need! This week I’m asking, “What does self-care mean to me?” and I invite you to join me!
