This past week I talked to several clients and friends across the US who shared they feel: “Unsettled. In limbo. Anxious. Stagnant. Disrupted and disoriented. Exhausted and overwhelmed. Unable to plan. Tired.” I like to remember we’re all constantly changing and nothing is fixed, but SO many of us can relate to at least one of these feeling states right now.
Recently we had a big snow storm in Western NC. January has been bumpy for me (to put it mildly) and I had really fallen in to a funk. A friend invited me to snowboard down a long, somewhat steep hill on a very slick inner tube. “Hang on,” she said. “You’re going to go fast!” Without thinking it through, I set aside my fears and my resistance and I went for it. Pure exhilaration! Ever since this experience I’ve been asking, “How I can allow and go with life-just as it is?” In my two-minute Live Inside Out video below, I share the question I’m sitting with this week. Join me!
