(Video) What Are You Normalizing?
“A habit is a choice that we deliberately make at some point, and then stop thinking about, but continue doing, often every day.” Charles Duhigg, author, The Power of Habit
We just returned from visiting our son at college in WI. After a long day of driving, flying and more driving, we arrived home exhausted. Even so, I put on my tennis shoes and headed out the door for a walk. I knew this was just what I needed to recalibrate my weary body. Daily movement is something I’ve normalized no matter what is going on.
This week, the “Live Inside Out” question I’m asking to help me slow down and live more intentionally is, “What am I normalizing (both the good and the bad)?” Want to join me?
