This past weekend I could not get enough naps. I was tired. Not an “I had a hard week” tired, but a “weary to the bones, it’s been a super intense year and I want to collapse,” tired! I know I’m not alone. Reflecting on how I want to feel when I enter 2024, I am committed this month to doing it differently, creating space for downtime and giving myself permission to do less, so I can experience more. This week, I’m challenging all of us to carve out space for downtime NOW and I’m offering up five ideas for support below. Watch (2 min.) video:
