I sent my husband to the farmer’s market last Saturday to get arugula, kale, spinach and lettuce. He came home with a hard-skinned, oblong Japanese squash. 

Maybe this year is not going quite as you had planned? This past week I heard women from my workshops and groups share, “I’m so weary from the last three years, I’m having such a hard time planning–nothing seems clear or certain. I feel like I’m living life on another planet.” Everywhere we look it seems we’re getting the opportunity to practice living in the unknown in so many ways.  Join me this week as I explore how to build the capacity to just be with what is (video below).
