(Video) How Can You Release Anxiety (3 ways to begin)?

This week, I’m getting real about anxiety and anchoring back to three things that help me come home to myself –almost immediately. Check out my 3-minute video as I share body-based practices for releasing anxiety and finding your center:

I touched on several resources in this video including the Vagus Nerve Deep Relaxation Breathing Technique and recommendations for conscious movement (check out the list of options here on my Wild Souls Authentic Movement page).

I’m also a big fan of cold water plunges to activate the Vagus nerve and re-set the nervous system (read more in this New York Times article on the effects of cold plunges). I find even a few minutes of immersing my feet in a chilly river helps me feel like a new person! I’d love to hear how you release anxiety and get grounded.
