How Do You Make People Feel?

It’s a big week for my family. My 22 year-old son is graduating from college this weekend! He was a freshman in fall 2020 (’nuff said!) and like most his age, the last four years have been packed with challenges and lots of growth.

My five siblings are flying in from around the US/Canada to celebrate our boy, the oldest of the eleven cousins.  My parents died suddenly and unexpectedly in their fifties; as I get older, I think more and more about how I want to BE with those I love the most. One of the ways we can be more heart-centered, authentic and connected with each other is to SLOW DOWN.
