Are you normalizing stress? Everywhere I turn men and women are talking about stress and anxiety. This week I’m getting real about how to regulate our nervous systems and anchoring back to three science-based practices that help me come home to myself—almost immediately. The issues are in the tissues. When we move a muscle, we change a thought. Breathe in, breathe out. Let it go.
